On Going…Promote the Ref appreciation campaign (social media, emails, word of mouth, etc)
May & June…
On Going...Promote the Hotdish Interest Survey & Player Registrations ( social media, emails, etc)
July & August…
Sat, Aug 15 or 22 Times/Location TBA… Staff the Hotdish (concessions, auction, check-in, field prep, after party. etc)
On Going…Promote the Hall of Fame Gala & Awards Ceremony
Sat or Sun 29-30th Time TBA, Location TCO Stadium, Eagan…Staff the PLL on field inductee presentation honors (need inductee organizers, someone to interview, video and take photographs.
September…
Sun, Sept 27th Staff the Hall of Fame Gala & Awards Ceremony (communicating with inductees, coordinating with the trophy maker, a photographer, a videographer, soliciting sponsors, attendees, and program ad sales, help making the slide show and printed program with Canva, etc)

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES…
* Be a Social Media intern

* Staff a Youth Intro to lacrosse Clinic in the inner city or outstate MN

* Be a Regional Contact Person in Minnesota and identify and let us know about folks that want to start a new youth lacrosse association in your area and help communicate with area teams about our grants and college scholarships.

* Be a Hall of Fame Representative for your team, league or association and pass on our emails and social media posts. We call this position a Communications Amplifier and need your help spreading the word about our mission with all your teammates, associates, family and friends.

* Event Coordinators for various events.

* Event Sponsorship & Marketing Coordinators for all events.

* Uniform & Team Check-In Mgr All-Star Games.

* Boys & Girls HS Team Player & Coach Liaison for All-Star Games

* Participant & Sponsor Recruiter for potential Pickel ball Fundraiser

* Announcer & Spotter for All-Star Games.

* Facility Liaison for events

* Registration Coordinator for Awards Banquet, Top Golf, HS All-Star Games,

* Check-in Coordinator for events like the intro clinics, Awards Banquet,Top Golf, and All-Star Games.

* Scorekeepers for All-Star Games.

* Officials & Umpires for training and All-Star Games.

* Social Media Coordinators for Linkedin, facebook, Instagram and YouTube – promote event (take photos, video, write stories, post content and announcements)..

* Concession workers for the All-Star Games.

* Serve on our Board of Directors or one of our many Committees: Inductee Selection & Voting, All-Star Games, Referee Appreciation Week, Golf Outing and Awards Banquet.

* Interns Needed (lean how a nonprofit functions first hand).
